To prevent high shipping costs, orders made through this site will normally be shipped untracked from Norway in Europe!
Tracked
Some countries still have the opportunity to select tracked shipping at checkout. Orders are shipped as a parcel and a tracking number will be sent to your provided email. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it in your primary inbox. You can track your shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email.
Countries with tracking option are: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden.
Digital
Digital products will be sent with a link and not as a shipped parcel.
Countries
Sugahuwu ships worldwide except for countries with closed borders or other shipping difficulties.
Sugahuwu does NOT currently offer shipping to the following countries:
Letters - Afghanistan, Bhutan, Libya, Palestine, South Sudan, Sudan, Ukraine, Yemen
Parcels - Afghanistan, Bhutan, North Korea, Laos, Niger, Palestine, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Timor-Leste, Ukraine, Yemen
Responsibility
Sugahuwu is not liable for packages after they are dropped off at the postal office, as I do not have control over shipping times or delivery process once the package is out of my hands.

Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will vary by weight. You will be able to review your final order details and shipping options prior to making the purchase.
Processing Times
Please allow 1-10 business days for processing time.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your country. Please allow extra time for your package to arrive. especially around the holidays.
For international orders, packages may be delayed depending on your local customs clearance and postal delays in your country. Contact your local shipping service if you believe your item is being held.

- Scandinavia: 1 – 3 working days
- Europe 2- 20 working days
- North America, Canada & Singapore 2 - 8 weeks
- Australia & New Zealand 2 – 10 weeks
- Rest of the world 2 – 16 weeks
Customs
Customers will be responsible for ALL custom taxes, duties or import fees that may apply upon arrival. Sugahuwu will not be able to refund shipping costs if the package is denied during customs due to taxes, duties or fees and returned to me.
Wrong Address/Return To Sender
Shipping labels are made based on information provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as sugahuwu is not responsible for missing/undelivered mail due to incorrect addresses.
If you notice your order is being returned, please reach out to hello@sugahuwu.com or through contact page with your order number within 15 days. Sugahuwu can offer the following options:
- Resend the package. Customer is responsible for shipping cost.
- Refund the order amount minus the shipping cost and restocking fee (10% of the order amount)
Package Marked As "Delivered" But Did Not Receive It
Sometimes tracked packages are marked as "Delivered" by mistake. Please wait a few more days to see if it arrives. If you have still not received your order, check with your neighbors and/or contact your local postal office, as they would be able to provide quicker service. You may also file a claim with the postal services being used if you think the package was misdelivered or stolen.
Lost or Stuck
Contact me if your tracked package seemed lost or stuck:
- International orders: Tracking has not updated for over 3 months
- Norwegian orders: Tracking has not updated for over 1 month
